Terms of Use

1. Your agreement

By using Winnings (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and to any rules that Apple applies to purchases, subscriptions, and app distribution. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms as the App changes.

• Use the App only where lottery participation is legal for you.
• Winnings does not sell tickets, accept wagers, redeem prizes, or route you to a lottery purchase.
• Do not use the App to mislead, harass, abuse, or violate another person’s rights.

2. Fair-play notice

Winnings generates number combinations for entertainment, organization, and analysis. It does not sell lottery tickets, process wagers, or guarantee any result. Historical weighting, saved numbers, and match analysis are informational tools. They do not improve your odds of winning a lottery drawing.

• Winnings is not affiliated with Powerball, MUSL, state lotteries, or any lottery operator.
• Lottery odds are set by the lottery rules and are not changed by this App.
• Play responsibly and only spend what you can afford to lose.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Winnings offers optional Plus and Pro plans that unlock app features such as additional generation modes, saved sets, sharing formats, profiles, and iCloud sync where available. These purchases unlock software features only. They do not buy lottery tickets or change lottery odds.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

• Plans and length. Plus and Pro are available as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Price. The price is shown in the App before purchase, in your local currency, and may vary by region. Example U.S. pricing: Plus $1.99/month or $12.99/year; Pro $3.99/month or $24.99/year (Pro Annual is the default plan). A one-time Pro Lifetime purchase is also available for $49.99.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal. A subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price for the selected plan.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Restoring. Use Restore Purchases in the App to restore an active subscription on a new device.

Pro Lifetime (one-time purchase)

Winnings also offers Pro Lifetime for $49.99 as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks Pro features. Pro Lifetime is not an auto-renewing subscription: it does not renew and is not billed on a recurring basis. Unlock Pro features with a one-time purchase — it does not include lottery participation, ticket purchases, prize services, or improved odds.

Billing, refunds, and changes

• Prices shown in the App come from Apple’s StoreKit and may vary by region.
• Feature availability can change as the App evolves.
• Purchases and renewals are handled by Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except where these Terms provide additional detail.

4. Responsible use

The App is designed for adults who want a polished way to generate and track number sets. Do not rely on the App for financial advice, gambling advice, or any promise of future results. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, please seek help from a qualified resource in your area.

5. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to extract source code from the App except to the extent permitted by law, and not to use the App in any unlawful manner.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that draw data will always be accurate, complete, or current. Nothing in the App is a prediction of, or guarantee about, any lottery outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Britech Development will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

8. Apple and the App Store

Winnings is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple’s applicable terms, Apple’s terms control for matters governed by them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any maintenance, support, or warranty obligations are ours and not Apple’s, except as required by law or the Apple EULA.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and post the revised Terms at this URL. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence. You agree to use the App only where it is lawful to do so.
